My name is Adrian Bold and I have worked as a Process Mapping Consultant since 1999.

After a spell with an IT consultancy who specialised in providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, I then joined Nimbus Partners Ltd who produce a fantastic process management software application called control-ES.

Whilst working as the principal trainer for this company, I developed all of the training materials and trained hundreds of students in the use of the software and best practice for effective process management.

I also operated as a consultant working with a wide range of clients, including:
